Ker-A-Form by Kentucky Performance Products was scientifically developed to nourish the keratin in the horse. Keratin is the fibrous protein that forms the main structural component of the hoof and hair of the horse. The combination of nutrients found in Ker-A-Form supports keratin as well as other components which are required for a healthy hoof and horse. Without the presence of healthy keratin hooves and hair grow slowly and become dry and brittle. Ker-A-Form supports a reduced incidence of toe cracks, quarter cracks, and abnormalities that are derived from weak keratin in the hoof wall.
