We are happy to provide a refund provided that the equipment has not been used or damaged. Please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping expenses. Once we receive your item we will issue a refund.
Items must have tags attached. Original boxes and packaging must be un-damaged, free of shipping labels (please re-wrap your return items for shipping).
We suggest to mail the item back to us by Ground Mail with tracking option and value insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with the carrier.
Please give us a call before to discuss your return options. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, we cannot accept “freight collect” returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do require a note with your name, telephone number and a brief explanation for our records, as well as a copy of the sales invoice.
Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough. Items to be returned should be properly protected with all the packaging we used to send it to you or appropriate shipping packaging. All shipping boxes and containers have to be properly taped and sealed. The box or shipping container has to have your name and address visible. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit.
